Often times when people think of addiction, they think of people who smoke cigarettes, alcoholics, on drugs, sex, porn, etc.... But what about people who are addicted to bad relationships?

Most don't realize they're addicted to bad relationships which is why they never find healing and go from one relationship to the next, the same type of mate i.e. emotionally unavailable, abuses them mentally, physically, disrespects them, cheats on them, controlling, possessive, selfish, etc.

They go through life thinking they just have bad luck in relationships and then begin to convince themselves there's not many good men or women left in the world and the older they get, the more difficult it will be to find a good mate. But they don't realize they're addicted to bad relationships which is why they keep attracting the same type of behaviors in their mates.

They've been conditioned for so long they don't even realize they are their own worst enemy. Did they ever stop to think if there's a lot of people who would make bad mates it's possible there's a lot who could make a good mate? Did they ever stop to think they should work on themselves while they're single as oppose to focusing on their feelings of loneliness?

If you find yourself going from one relationship to the next and getting the same results, it's time to start looking in the mirror. It's very true, you attract what you put out. If you believe there's not a lot of people who would make a good mate, you will keep attracting people in your life who don't make good mates. If you believe you're the victim, you'll continue to be a victim.

If you're going through this type of scenario, start with SELF. You can't break an addiction until you admit you're addicted. You can't make a change until you realize what the problem is. While you're single, take that time to be the best person you can be. If you're jealous, possessive, insecure, over weight, negative, there are several ways you can overcome this by seeing a therapist, reading self help books, talking to a mentor, working out, eating right, finding a hobby, etc. but the last thing you should do is wallow in misery. Addiction is a learned behavior and anything that's been learned can be unlearned with the right programming.

Deion's Wife Found Out About Divorce Online

If this is true, this is one hell of a way to end your marriage.

According to msn.com:

The wife of Pro Football Hall of Famer Deion Sanders said Tuesday she learned about his decision to end their marriage when she read it online.

Pilar Biggers-Sanders' lawyer Larry Friedman told TMZ she was "heartbroken and surprised when [she] read . . . that Deion announced his decision, on his own."

"Pilar's sole focus and top priority for the last twelve and a half years has been her marriage and children," he added. "Based on recent discoveries, [Pilar] now realizes that Deion did not view their family the same way."

Friedman would not elaborate on what the "discoveries" were.

The lawyer said Biggers-Sanders had not negotiated a divorce settlement with the 44-year-old, and that she fully intended to protect herself and their three children.

Biggers-Sanders, however, was still not convinced the marriage was over and said she was "confident that he will come to his senses and return to his family as he has in the past."

TYLER PERRY A SELL OUT FOR CASTING KIM KARDASHIAN?

So there's all kinds of people in an uproar because Tyler Perry casted Kim Kardashian in his up and coming movie The Marriage Counselor. He's been accused of being a "sell-out" and "leaving his community" simply because he's trying to broaden his demographic of viewers.

While I understand why people would be upset, they don't agree with how she became famous and feel that making a sex tape for money makes her a poor role-model and how dare Tyler Perry, who has mostly an African American demographic, cast this woman in his

movie! SELL-OUT, right?

WRONG!

There are rappers who have sold drugs prior to becoming famous and then put white women in some of their music videos once they made it big and no one is calling them a sell-out.

If a white person doesn't hire people of color, every one screams racism, understandably so considering this country's history, BUT when a black man puts what's considered a white woman (which is ignorant in itself because she's really Armenian) in his movie, he's accused of being a sell-out.

Some African Americans only want equality when it's convenient for them!!! Then want to resort to calling some of their own people a sell-out when they decide to associate themselves with someone non-black. You can't have it both ways. If you see a problem with someone within your own race hiring, dating, socializing or associating themselves with someone of another race, you need to seriously ask yourself what does "equality" mean to you!

Let's keep this REAL! This is about the fact that she's "not black" and she's a "woman" because if he had casted Ray J in this movie, or a black woman who had done the same thing Kim Kardashian had done, this wouldn't even be a topic of conversation!!

Tyler Perry has over 120 African Americans employed in his studio alone so before you accuse the man of being a sell-out, ask yourselves FIRST and FOREMOST, "what have YOU done for YOUR community?"

If you're spending money on a Louis Vuitton Bag, Gucci, or any other white person's goods for that matter, couldn't we also consider you a sell-out since you're not buying the bag from another African American?

Now your blood pressure's up, you're ready to fight so you take it out on your spouse, then the police gets called and next thing you know, you're in jail for a domestic! Now you have to come up with bail money and hire an attorney!

6. You don't have to deal with baby mama or baby daddy drama and more importantly you don't have to put up with their bad ass bratty kids.

7. You don't have to deal with arguing! You can curse them out and send them home or leave and go back to your own home!

8. You don't have to sleep with the same person everyday breathing all their HOT breath on you! You can't put them out and on top of that you have to pretend like you like them!

9. You don't have to deal with someone quizzing you, interrogating you, asking you where have you been? Who were you with? Who was over there? or Why did you not get home till 5 a.m.??

10. When it's cold and flu season, you don't have to listen to a mofo whining about being sick and then expect you to take care of them and then when you get sick, they're at the club popping bottles!

11. They're all up in your fridge asking you to make them breakfast and then shitting in your toilet. Then they have the audacity to ask YOU to bring them some toilet tissue knowing damn well they knew why they were going in there to begin with - like you really want to smell their shit!

12. You don't have to put up with someone trying to take half, making you pay alimony, child support, when their really spending that money on the newest Gucci bag, Golf Clubs, XBox, Flat Screen Surround Sound, VIP section, season tickets, or their latest concubine.

If these are not good enough reasons on why you should be happy you're single, than get married, and I guarantee your list of what you like about marriage will be shorter than this list. I'm not saying marriage isn't great, but it's not always peaches and creme either.

If you think being married will make you happier - you're dead ass wrong.

If you're in a situation now with someone that you're not happy with and you think getting married will make things different - you're dead ass wrong.

If you still have cheat in you, just don't get married, just don't do it, don't even go there. You are only causing yourself and many others so much disharmony when it could've been avoided!

Some women think half a man is better than no man. This is what I have to say to that:

You don't love yourself enough and need to seriously re-evaluate your worth.

To sum this up, if you're looking to get married, my #1 advice to you is BECOME FRIENDS FIRST! I'm not saying it will guarantee it will last and you'll be happy, but your chances will be MUCH greater because at least you can be YOURSELF going into it. You KNOW exactly what you're getting and so do they.

WHY U SHOULD WORK OUT & EAT HEALTHY

A friend of mine was praising me saying how proud they are of me for getting up every morning and working out. They said "Anh I don't know how you do it." All I could think in my mind is "I never think to myself, how do I do it, I think of all the reasons why I should do it."

I told him "I appreciate you taking notice but do you know how many people have kids, 2 jobs, are twice my age, have illnesses, yet still manage to get up and work out? I'm not the one who should be getting praise, if they can do it, there's no reason why I can't. Any reason on why I wouldn't is just pure laziness and settling for mediocrity in my life. What drives me to get up every morning is thinking of all the reasons why I should get up, not why I shouldn't:

1. To stay healthy

Here's an example of one of the many drinks I blend and drink throughout the day.

I blend it with water to puree' it and have this as my snack in-between my meals. I'm getting a ton of fiber along with a ton of vitamins and my 5 servings of Fruits & Vegetables, if not more, every day.

2. Working out stimulates the production of endorphins which makes you a happier person and you are left with a feeling of exhilaration which can be addictive (not a bad addiction to have)

Someone asked me if I always smile and I said "Yes, I have no reason not to"

3. I want to look sexy in my clothes - who doesn't? When your clothes fit better it makes your confidence go way up and we could all use a little more confidence, don't you think?

Studies show working out not only burns fat, but decreases your risk of getting cancer, diabetes, high blood pressure and the list goes on.

If this is not reason enough for you to get in the gym, here are more examples of why you need to:

What Men Need to Know About Women - PART I

If you're wondering what you need to know about women, you've come to the right place. Why? Because I'm a woman that knows what she wants and knows who she is. If you asked me 10 years ago, I would have given you a completely different answer. But with maturity, life experience, and wisdom, it has brought me here and I hope with this article I can help you look inside the mind of how most women really think.

First of all, men seem to have this notion women don't know what they want and we're very complicated! We say one thing and do another. We're emotional, difficult, demanding, etc.

I can understand why men would think this. You have probably dated, had serious relationships

or even been married to a woman that didn't know who she was or what her worth is. So that is why you can't seem to figure women out.

It's just like a woman that dates a man who has not quite graduated to MANhood yet. He does things that baffle her for instance saying he wants a relationship but still plays the field. She can be left dangling and confused not knowing what to think because his actions say one thing but he does another. Why is this? Because he has not graduated to MANhood yet. And I'm not saying a man that wants to date openly is not a MAN, but what I am saying is a man that has graduated to MANhood will be honest with whatever his intentions are.

Well, same goes for a woman. If she doesn't know where she's at in life or is dealing with a lot of insecurities, of course you're going to get a woman that cannot provide you with a fulfilling relationship because she doesn't even know who she is yet. And in turn, this is where the stigmatism comes in that women don't know what they want!

You've probably run into the type of women that are gold diggers or love bad boys. You say to yourself "women always say they want a good man but they go for the guy with the most money or the guy that treats them bad", right?????

Well, if you're dating a woman that doesn't seem to know what she wants, it's that you're dating a woman that either wasn't raised right OR she has not reached her full identity because TRUST ME, once a woman does, she knows exactly what she wants and will make it clear to you! A REAL MATURE woman knows that money doesn't buy happiness, a REAL MATURE woman knows that a bad boy is ONLY good for just a lay but he's not marriage material, a REAL MATURE woman is secure with herself and does not need others to make her feel beautiful, a REAL MATURE woman knows how to take care of home and most of all a REAL MATURE woman knows her WORTH!

So to answer the question, "What Do Men Need to Know About Women?"..... I'm going to make this very simple - WOMEN want the SAME things men do! True love, a great sex life, and LOYALTY! If she has this, there's no telling how far her love will go for you. Of course there are other intangibles in the equation but that depends on the woman you're dealing with. It's always a case by case situation. What one woman wants, another may not. But the WORST thing you can do is categorize all women.

Treat a woman as an individual, find out what moves her and whatever you do, don't compare her to other women!

Like Rihanna said - treat me like I'M THE ONLY WOMAN IN THE WORLD and we will give you the world! If you say "I do that but she treats me like crap", well then you're either being TOO nice or TOO accommodating. Yes there is such a thing. You don't ever want to be someone's doormat because they will walk all over you. It's just like children - give them TOO much and they will be spoiled - same concept!

If you're dealing with a REAL MATURE WOMAN, it shouldn't be that complicated...........

Unless, you aren't ready to receive a REAL MATURE WOMAN.

MEN YOU'RE NOT AS SIMPLE AS U SAY U ARE & HERE'S WHY:

Men think they're simple and not complicated because they feel by not expressing their emotions as much as women do, that makes them simple - WRONG! Just because you don't express your feelings more than women do does not mean you're simple or less complicated.

In fact, in a lot of instances, it makes you MORE complicated because some of you expect women to read your minds or read between the lines, but women are NOT mind readers, just like you're not. MEN and WOMEN are BOTH GUILTY of not always communicating properly. We ALL often say one thing but truly mean another and hope that the person gets what we're saying. We ALL could improve on "saying what we mean, and meaning what we say."

The only thing simple about men that women know of for sure is that men love sex. Other than that, women have just as hard of a time figuring out men as men have figuring out women. The difference is women will actually spend money on books and "INVEST" their time to research on how men think where some men rarely pick up an article about women, let alone a book.

The men that have actually taken their time to "INVEST" in relating to women better make some of the BEST LOVERS - hands down.

So with that being said:

Picture if you will, if you can communicate with the same passion in your relationship as you do when communicating about sports, you wouldn't have as many problems as you do in your relationships.

Your woman wouldn't be so emotional if she didn't spend half of her time trying to figure out what you're thinking because you responded with very little or in some cases saying nothing at all. You know that by nature women are nurturers so women CARE about what's on your mind and women want to UNDERSTAND what's on your mind, but some some men make women feel bad for asking more than once what they're thinking. But have you ever stopped to think that she keeps asking because you didn't make YOURSELF clear the first time?

THERE'S 2 WAYS THAT "SOME" MEN COMMUNICATE POORLY:

There's the quiet guy, the guy that says nothing - he's just quiet:

You're wondering how he even got that woman he's so damn quiet. Even when his kids misbehave he has nothing to say. BUT once the GAME comes on, you didn't even know he had a voice. Once the game comes on, suddenly ESPN has a new commentator in the house. Now if you took that same passion and put it towards your communicating skills in your relationship, imagine how great your relationship would be.

Some of you invest more time in knowing Lebron's average scores than you do investing in communicating with your OWN woman. In fact, you know his scores so well, you know them better than Lebron himself, but you don't have that "same passion" for your woman.

So let's fix this, why can't you invest that same passion into your woman, your significant other, your teammate for LIFE? You can watch Lebron play, but your passion should go into your OWN TEAM.

It's a game to Lebron, it's a game to Shaq, it's a game to Kobe. Are they investing any passion into you?

Then you have what I call the SELFISH MAN:

He will LIE, CHEAT, AND STEAL just to get some kitty. This guy does not tell women the TRUTH simply because he's SELFISH. He leads with the relationship talk because he thinks that will get him the kitty faster. It's all about ME ME ME and ME ME ME and some more ME. Then when he decides to check out and she gets upset and emotional, he has the audacity to blame her and goes around saying that women are crazy.

BUT GUESS WHAT, KARMA IS A BITCH. What goes around comes around. Where is this selfish man headed? To a place where there is NO LOVE, NO ONE TO CARE, and NO ONE TO GIVE A FUCK about him. That's his destination and that's a lonely place to be.

So in conclusion, fellas, stop labeling women saying we're "complicated" because as you can see, some of you are not as simple as you claim to be either.

Does He Really Want to MARRY YOU or Does He Just Want SEX?

Ladies,

There are several ways a man will try to get kitty from you.

He will tell you upfront
He will take you out on several dates waiting for you to give in
If you put him in the friend zone, he'll act like he's okay with it but he's really waiting, hoping that you will eventually give it up

AND THEN THERE'S THE GUY THAT LEADS WITH THE

****RELATIONSHIP CONVERSATION****

What do I mean by this? This is the guy that thinks that all women want to get married and have kids, so he says key words, hoping that you will believe him and be more than willing to give him some kitty sooner than later all because he "claims" he's ready for a commitment.

I'm sure we've all run into this guy and actually fell for it a time or two, so as always I'm here to help you look out for the signs on whether a man is truly ready to marry YOU or if he's only saying it just to have sex with you.

When conversing with him, he will usually says things like this:

"I'm ready to find the one"
"I would love to get married one day"
"I want to have kids one day"
"You seem like you would make a great wife"
"I'm ready to be in a committed relationship"
"I can see marrying you and having kids with you one day"

Have you heard these words from a man within the first few dates and you actually broke down and gave him the kitty and he still has NOT attempted to marry you, let alone have kids with you?

If he hasn't made the financial plans to purchase a ring, hasn't made an attempt to set a wedding date, hasn't asked to meet your parents, family, or friends, doesn't take you out in public, hasn't introduced you to his family or friends, then chances are - he never had plans on ever marrying you to begin with. This was all just a ploy just to get some kitty from you!

If he brings it up months into the relationship but a lot of time has passed and he still hasn't followed through with a ring, then chances are he only said it just to keep you around longer but still has NO intentions on marrying you.

If he says he wants to marry you but gives you NO time frame whatsoever, then you need to give yourself a time frame on how long you're going to stick around AND make sure you stick to it otherwise you get what you ask for! Remember, a man will only do what you allow him to.

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me!

Of course there are always exceptions to the rule

and some of those would be:

He really does want to settle down, but enough time has not gone by for him to be able to tell if you'd make a good wife.
You just don't move him that way. It may not be anything specific about you, he's just not attracted to you on that level.
You've acted out in crazy irrational psychotic ways which is making him re-think his decision.
You're a nag and he can never do anything right.
Your sexual chemistry doesn't match. i.e. you're not freaky enough or don't like having sex as often as he does.
You have kids already and they are BAD as hell and when I say BAD, I'm talking bebe kids, out of control BAD, Dennis the Menace BAD, no home training BAD, which tells him you will not make such a great mother to his kids.
He's brought you around his family/friends and they disapproved of you.
He brought you around his own kids and you didn't have a clue as to how to communicate with them.
You can't cook a meal to save your life. (This doesn't apply to all men but the men that do require it, this would be a deal breaker for them)
You have no ambition and you're lazy.
Your house is always dirty, I'm not talking cluttered, I'm talking it looks like you haven't picked up a duster or vacuum in your lifetime.
Your family is ghetto or trailer trash.
Your mother is crazy and is driving him crazy because she's constantly around or calling and your dumb ass is letting her control your relationship by telling her all of your business.
You don't know how to handle your finances and you're in debt up to your ying yang.
Your ying yang smells like garbage sewer.

I could add more to this list but it would take up my entire day, so hopefully you get the point.

If you have not displayed any of the above behavior and everything has been drama free or maybe there's only been a few bumps along the way, but you have not given him any real reason to re-think being in a relationship with you, then the only reason a man would not take it to the next level after saying that he wants these things is if he only said it just so he could sleep with you!

Remember ladies, actions speak louder than words. If he is saying these things, his actions should be lining up with his words by following through.

Until you actually have a ring on your finger, I would chalk it up to nothing more than words! It's just like a salesman that's trying to sell you a car and tells you about all the bells and whistles and how wonderful it drives BUT until you actually test drive the car YOURSELF and over TIME you see that everything the salesman said proves to be true, it's nothing more than a SALES PITCH!

A wise man once told me "Anh, don't entertain conversing with men that say they want to marry you. If he's serious, he will purchase the ring and put it on your hand." Now of course he didn't mean don't ask questions because you need to know where the guys head is, but in essence what he means is the guy can talk about marriage and kids all day and night but until he actually puts that ring on your finger, his words are nothing more than just that - words!

Chicken Heads vs. REAL WOMEN

Some people have asked me where the name "CHICKEN HEAD" comes from?

The urban dictionary defines it as a woman that's bobbing her head in the same motion when giving a man oral sex, but it has picked up new meanings along the way like the words "bitch, the N word, fag, etc"

MY definition of a chicken head is a female that will fall for anything and say yes to anything because when a chicken clucks its head it goes up and down, never side to side, hence CHICKEN HEAD. My examples below should prove this theory.

But before we get started, fellas, many of you complain that women make bad choices when it comes to choosing a mate, but you guys are just as GUILTY. Now it's okay, we've ALL been there and anyone that says otherwise is full of crap.

Some guys get so caught up in looks and infatuation that you'll settle for nonsense or not even pay attention to it because you are in LUST! You don't even see the red flags slapping you upside your dome! Then later when her representative goes away and her true self comes out, you complain, complain complain, that all women aren't shit and may never allow your heart to open up again which can be very bad for a REAL WOMAN when she walks into your life.

You may miss a blessing all because ONE CHICKEN HEAD screwed you over and you will let that ONE instance dictate the course of your love life, when in actuality, it was partly your fault for not paying attention to the RED FLAGS and to her looks more! Again, it's okay, don't beat yourself up, we've ALL been there but it's time to stop playing the victim!

Believe it or not, there are some really good women out there but you have to ask yourself, do you pay attention to the red flags or more to her looks? The only way you can grow is by first being HONEST with yourself, 2nd admitting your fault in it, and 3rd asking yourself what did you learn from those past experiences?

There are so many CHICKEN HEADS roaming the streets that some men can no longer tell what a REAL WOMAN looks like so if you don't know what the red flags are, I'm here to assist you with that.

Here are my TOP 5 SIGNS to spot a CHICKEN HEAD vs. a REAL WOMAN:

1. If you see a chick in the club and she's rocking a Louis Vuitton bag, Gucci bag, or any designer bag and her bag costs more than her net worth, but she's waiting on some guy to buy her a drink - that is a CHICKEN HEAD. A REAL WOMAN doesn't wait on a guy to buy her drink. A REAL WOMAN "ALWAYS" carries her OWN cash and if she doesn't have any money, she will stay home. The ONLY exception to this rule is if someone invites her on a date and offers to pay. Now it's not saying she's too good or too independent to accept a drink.

In addition, A REAL WOMAN will turn down a free drink from a guy that she's NOT attracted to because she doesn't want him wasting his time or hers, however, A CHICKEN HEAD will say yes to ANY GUY that offers to buy her a drink whether she's interested or NOT. Your best bet is to approach a woman that already has a drink, start a conversation with her and take it from there. When she finishes her drink, if she actually ASKS YOU to buy her another one, that's a CLEAR SIGN that she's not just a CHICKEN HEAD, but a THIRSTY one at that!

NO REAL WOMAN would EVER form her lips to ask a man to buy her a drink UNLESS it's her man! In fact, if the conversation is going well and you take it upon yourself to buy her another drink, if she's REALLY feeling you, A REAL WOMAN will offer to buy the next round.

2. A FEMALE that seeks out men with money ONLY in hopes that she can retire off of him and is in need of someone to financially take care of her kids is not only a CHICKEN HEAD, but she's a thirsty gold digger too! There's nothing wrong with a woman wanting stability, but if that's the ONLY thing she's seeking out in a man, then that's what makes her a CHICKEN HEAD. Some of the signs to look out for are women that go on dates with you, NEVER offer to pick up the tab, NEVER offer to pay half, or NEVER even offer to leave so much as a tip. A CHICKEN HEAD/GOLD DIGGER is a woman that thinks it's an "insult" if she EVER has to pay.

A REAL WOMAN seeks out a man that will be compatible with her. Although she wants a man with stability, that's not the ONLY thing she looks for. If he has no stability yet, she may entertain getting to know him so long as he shows that he can take care of himself at least. She doesn't need him to pay her bills, rent, etc. A REAL WOMAN will offer to pay by the 3rd date and if she doesn't offer to pick up the entire tab, she will at least offer to pay half, EVEN IF YOU ARE FILTHY ASS RICH! It's just the polite thing to do because she is NOT a LEACH!

3. A FEMALE that introduces you to her kids within the first few dates and is introducing YOU as "THEIR NEW" DADDY is a CHICKEN HEAD. When it's that bad, there is a level below a chicken head and that's called CHICKEN HEAD GONE BAD! LOL!

A REAL WOMAN will wait months before bringing her kids around you because she puts her kids safety and well being above ALL else. She takes her time with you because she doesn't know if you're a rapist, child molester, if you even like kids, or if you're willing to take her seriously because she has kids. She wants to make sure you're in it for the LONG HAUL before she opens her kids up to you. **The ONLY exception to this rule is if you were introduced to her by a mutual friend that she thinks highly of and knows her friend would probably not introduce her to some scrub OR if you happen to meet her in a setting where her kids were with her i.e. PTA meeting, etc, but even then she will take her time before she brings them around you again.**

4. If a FEMALE actually entertains a SCRUB (we've all heard the TLC song i.e. the guy hanging out the passenger side of his boys car or the guy that name drops), his boy pulls up in his mama's car and he's hollering at her like she works on Stuart Ave., he might even go as far as saying "HEY HOE?", his ONLY conversation is who he knows and how much money he has and her silly ass will actually talk to him SIMPLY because they're rolling in a BENTLEY. Her ass is so dumb, she thinks if she gives him the kitty, she'll be able to roll in that BENTLEY with him and be SEEN. A CHICKEN HEAD is someone who always wants to be seen and uses others to be seen because they have NOTHING going for themselves. A CHICKEN HEAD is THIRSTY for 15 minutes of fame and will do whatever it takes to get it including sleeping with guys that have big diamond chains because she assumes they must have money.

A REAL WOMAN doesn't care if a man is driving a BENTLEY or NOT! A car doesn't impress a REAL WOMAN because she knows that it's how a man treats her that matters, NOT what his wheels look like. A REAL WOMAN actually prefers a man that's not trying to show off his car, house, or money to land her but actually stepping to her by simply being HIMSELF.

5. A CHICKEN HEAD has no or very low self esteem and does not know her own worth so she constantly settles for OTHER WOMEN's MEN. She has no problem being #2, #3, etc. because she needs another woman's man to validate her existence and boost her self esteem because she has NONE. She actually thinks that because he's giving her attention that she must be special and in some cases CHICKEN HEADS think they're MORE special than his main woman. A CHICKEN HEAD will actually wait it out in hopes that he will dump his main woman to be with her.

She will do everything possible to land him acting like she's caring, doesn't nag, she is basically nothing more than a servant to this man. If he says JUMP, she'll jump. She has no problem with this and has actually convinced herself that it's okay and she prefers being the other woman. If a man's not too careful, she may even try to sabotage the condom by puncturing a hole in it, trying to get the semen from it and inserting it in herself just to get pregnant in order to keep this man.

***Fellas, that's why it's mandatory that you always buy the condoms and keep them in your possession at ALL TIMES.***

She will even go as far as to plant evidence of this so-called relationship (i.e. panties, bras, makeup, receipts, etc.) in his car or somewhere his woman will find it. If he ever finally decides to dump her, she's the kind of FEMALE that will vandalize his car, stalk him, stalk his woman, call his job all hours of the day and night, try to black male him, etc... all just to keep him!

And don't let him be famous, she'll show up on interviews with Barbara Walters crying that she's the victim and that he promised her he would leave his wife! LOL! Again, she wants fame so badly, she doesn't care if she makes an ass of herself to get it and she sees nothing wrong with this!

A REAL WOMAN doesn't need a man to validate her existence, however, she's not too independent to realize that she would like to have a man that appreciates her just as much as she appreciates him. She wants a man that adds to her life, not subtracts. A REAL WOMAN would NEVER settle for being a NUMBER and would NEVER give a man that's already taken a 2nd look because she knows she's worthy of having her OWN man and doesn't want to disrespect another woman.

A REAL WOMAN will not allow a man to disrespect her in any way, shape, or form. Anything less than this is just not acceptable for her. A REAL WOMAN also knows she's not perfect and if she makes a mistake - she will admit to it, apologize sincerely, and take the necessary steps to correct her actions whereas CHICKEN HEADS think they can do no wrong, constantly play the victim and think that it's everyone else's fault their life is in turmoil.

CHICKEN HEADS also have no problem being a baby mama for the rest of their lives so long as the government checks or baby daddy checks keep rolling in. CHICKEN HEADS will take that money and buy themselves a bag before they'll even feed their own child.

Some other signs of chicken heads that didn't make it to the TOP 5.

A CHICKEN HEAD will sleep with the photographer from the club simply because he carries a camera. Again, she wants her 15 minutes of fame and will do whatever it takes to get it!
CHICKEN HEAD's will steal from their own friends and family just so they can buy the newest GUCCI bag!
CHICKEN HEADS also have no plans for a career, they go around telling people they're a model knowing FULL and WELL the ONLY modeling they've ever done was with their own cell phone!
CHICKEN HEADS have no idea what it takes to be a REAL WOMAN so they tell people they are taking real estate classes but the only real estate classes they've ever taken are the imaginary ones.
CHICKEN HEADS try to get in everyone's VIP section, invite all of their CHICKEN HEAD girlfriends and drink up all the liquor then bounce when the liquors gone without even saying thank you!
When asked on a date, a CHICKEN HEAD will invite all of her CHICKEN HEAD girls on the date too without saying a word, then 'expect' the guy to pay for all of their CHICKEN HEAD asses.
A CHICKEN HEAD will go on a trip with a guy then try to get with another guy while on a trip that may have more money or fame and will even leave him to be with the other guy if the other guy is willing to take her.
A CHICKEN HEAD will eyeball another man in your presence EVEN if this other man has a woman in his presence. Again, she has no self esteem so any attention is good attention to her.
A CHICKEN HEAD doesn't dress appropriately for the occasion. She will show up at a classy soiree in her stripper outfit and wonder why people are so-called hating on her LOL.
A CHICKEN HEAD will put all her bills in her kids names.
A CHICKEN HEAD will try to have as many kids as possible because that's how she keeps an income.
A CHICKEN HEAD will lie on her kids and not even claim them, she will say her daughter is really her sister and her son is really her brother.
A CHICKEN HEAD gets loud in classy environments and thinks nothing is wrong with it because she doesn't think she's loud.
A CHICKEN HEAD will keep applying for unemployment even when it has expired because she's too lazy to get a job.

WORKING OUT IS NOT AN OPTION, IT'S A WAY OF LIFE!

So I finally had a chance to catch up with my trainer Neal Compton!

This guy has to be the most PROFESSIONAL TRAINER I've come across! He's never hit on me
or made me feel uncomfortable as many trainers have! And they've given that industry a bad name!

Neal is the bomb!!! He changes the work out every time so I NEVER get bored! His rates are excellent
and he will do his best to make sure he gets you where you want to be. I am always in my best shape
when I work out with him! He's very passionate about helping his clients GO NEAL!

I'm flipping my trainer off because he works me too hard lol

Push ups for days lol

Swinging the weight from side to side for 1 minute intervals. Works ur shoulders and abs all at the same time!

Lunges in between the push ups and jump rope!

Triceps in-between the lunges, push-ups, and jump rope lol

Is dating an athlete or celebrity all that it's cracked up to be?

So I was standing in line getting breakfast and the 2 guys behind me were whispering to each other saying "Yeah man she looks good, but she would never give guys like us a chance, she probably only dates celebrities or athletes" ... lol

They didn't know I could hear them but all I could think in my head is, "Is this what Atlanta has done
to these men? They think ALL women want a celebrity or an athlete?" This is just SAD!

Well much to your surprise, I do not want to date a celebrity or an athlete UNLESS I was making the
same amount of money because I wouldn't want to get used to a certain lifestyle and then it possibly
be taken away from me because when I turn 50 he decides he wants to trade me in for a younger model. Let's keep it real ladies, if you do want this type of man, it's not that you really want a 'celebrity' or an
'athlete', YOU want the MONEY and the FAME. But I hate to burst your bubble, it's NOT really
YOUR money or fame!

You will forever be known as 'such and such's' wifey and the money will be controlled by him and his
attorney's. And 9 times out of 10, you will not be the only chick on his team! I'm not knocking guys
like this because if I could roll like that I would. They have access to the most beautiful women ALL
over the world, that either look better than you or can give head better than you LOL! So if you don't mind being the only hoe, than more power to you. But I can assure you, that lifestyle will get old and
it will get old FAST!

While he's traveling abroad going to the best parties with all the super models and thirsty hoes, you'll be at home wishing you had a companion to hold you. That 5 karat wedding ring will not keep you warm
at night, that Maybach will only get you from point A to point B and you'll get some attention from
all the people wanting to see who steps out of that fly ass car, but isn't there more to life than impressing a bunch of mofos who really don't give 2 shits about you otherwise? Would they be there for you at
your darkest moment? Would they be there to wipe your tears away when you're sad? Would they be there for you to change your tire if it's flat??? If the answer is NO, then basically you want a lifestyle that's going to give you a lot of attention but with that will come a lot of heart ache!

Now I'm not saying that ALL athletes/celebs are like this, however, many of them are. With money and power comes MORE HOES. And when a man has access to that many HOES, his temptation will become weakened. I've hung around these people and I can speak from experience. It's very few and far between that you could really be happy UNLESS you were making the same amount and can carry yourself, BUT even then, it's still a huge risk that he will have OTHERS. Shit I know men that don't have anything and have multiple hoes, so imagine a man with money/access/power and thousands of other women JUST LIKE YOU trying to get in where you fit in? BE REALISTIC!

Again, I'm not saying it's impossible, but you better make damn sure if you get involved with a man with this kind of status, that you wait a good while before having sex or taking him seriously. And don't be surprised if you find out - YOU'RE NOT THE ONLY ONE! Chalk it up as a loss to the game, the game YOU chose! And please don't cry victim! USE A CONDOM!

Looking for a relationship because you're tired of being single?

If you're looking to be in a relationship, you're already starting off on the wrong foot!

Why do I say that? Because you're single for a reason. It's God's way of telling you that the
right person is either not in your life yet because YOU are not ready to receive this person because
you still have some issues that you have to work out within yourself! OR it could be that you're
not putting yourself in a position to meet someone great!

Example 1:

I have a girlfriend who is absolutely beautiful in my eyes with a beautiful personality.
She would make a great wife and mother one day. BUT the problem is, she doesn't get out much.
She only goes to work and to church. I think it's because she's insecure about her weight and feels like
she's unattractive. Maybe I think this about her because this is how she carries herself. Every time
I give her a compliment, it's met with opposition instead of a simple THANK YOU.

If you don't get out and I'm not just saying to the clubs, how do you meet singles? So, if
you are like my friend who doesn't get out, that's the #1 reason why you're not meeting people!
You must GET OUT GET OUT GET OUT! The person of your dreams is not going to show up
at your door. And when you do go out, don't go out with the mind frame that you're looking for
Mr. or Mrs. right, go out with the mind frame of having fun and enjoying being single because this
time is for you to get to know yourself and what it is you like and don't like.

Example 2:

When I was single, after about a year of partying and acting a damn fool, I got tired of it and
realized I wanted to find someone consistent in my life to spend time with. I got tired of the
dating and dealing with men that I knew were no good for me. BUT the one MAJOR thing
I forgot to look at was MYSELF! Hindsight, there was no way GOD was going to put someone
great in my life at that point in time because I had not learned the lessons I was supposed to from
my previous relationships. I had not learned that some of it was my own doing. I had not learned
the errors of my own ways!

After taking the Landmark course that I was blessed with by my good friend and mentor DocLady
it REALLY opened my eyes as to where I was going wrong. I was attracting all of these things into
my life all on my very own! Landmark showed me that whatever happened in my past was in my
past and does not make me who I am! Landmark showed me that I can create whatever life I want and the only person that's holding me back from having it all is ME!

I also took an anger management course in how to deal with my communication. Some people think
that when someone takes an anger management course they must be crazy and psychotic BUT
actually there are different types of anger. Mine was more of the passive aggressive type where
something that bothers me I would just let it roll off my shoulders, but once it reached the boiling point -
WATCH OUT! It's not often that I would get THAT angry, but when I did, it cost me BIG!

When I sat back and really analyzed my life and why I had not been in a successful relationship, thanks
to Landmark and my anger management course, I realized that everything that was happening to me
was MY FAULT! I had not taken accountability for the things I ALLOWED in my life! I kept
blaming others and said things like "HOW COULD THEY" or "WHY WOULD THEY" treat someone as wonderful as me like this?!?!

I had to learn the hard way that people are just people. We're all messed up in some way, shape or form.
I was expecting TOO much out of people. My expectations were WAAAAY too high! I was not
allowing room for mistakes. And the mistakes that were inconceivable, I allowed those people back into my life because I have a kind heart. There's nothing wrong with having a kind heart, but don't EVER
let someone treat you like shit. You know the old saying, if you lay down and be my doormat I'll
walk ALL OVER YOU!

After taking a LOOOONG look at myself and seeing the errors in my ways, I finally grew up! I'm more secure with myself than ever before, I know who I am, I know what I want, I know a relationship is an addition to my life but does NOT make me who I am and most importantly I realized that I was SINGLE for a REASON! I needed to get my stuff together before I could make someone else happy.

I was the type of person that had to be out every Friday, Saturday night because I felt like I was missing out on something. I would drink a lot and drown myself in liquor not realizing at the time this was what I was doing. I thought it would make me forget that I was all alone, UNTIL the moment I realized this was how it was supposed to be. I
changed my mindset and took action on bettering myself!

I took classes I had never taken before, I reached out to friends I had not talked to in ages, I found hobbies I never knew I loved, I went to Church and prayed more often. And it made me a more well rounded person. NOW, don't get me wrong, I still have a lot of room for growth and don't claim to know it all, but I sure am a lot better off knowing now why I was single!

So friends, on a last note, if you're single, take this time to better yourself, find out where in your life
you have been going wrong. Take this time to focus on yourself. It's okay to be selfish in this instance because once you have realized the errors in your ways, you will be a better person for the next relationship you get into!

Like Oprah said, you can't move forward until you've learned from the mistakes you've made in your past. Until you've learned the lesson that you were suppose to learn, you will keep making those same mistakes!

When cheating goes bad in the worst way! Lorainna Bobbit has competition!

Thanks to my good friend John DeVore for letting me in on this story and yet another reason
why cheating is just not worth it. As we all know, women are crazy when our emotions are
toyed with. Some are crazier than others that's why you have to be careful when messing with
someone's feelings. One day they might snap on you and you would've never thought in a million
years that this person would act out in this manner, but that's why they call it SNAPPED, because
they have lost their damn mind!

Everything from boiling bunnies on stoves to slashing tires, to chopping off sausages, to burning down houses, to shooting and killing, and NOW to throwing CHICKEN GREASE on his shit!

If this picture doesn't scare you from cheating than I don't know what will! At this point if you still
think it's okay to cheat, you're just a lost cause. NO ONE likes to be deceived not even your sweetest
chicks. This guy got caught cheating because his side piece called his #1 chick and told her
everything. And here is the end result! So with all this being said, before you cheat, it's probably
best just to break up. If you're a player, just tell her upfront that you want an open type of relationship.

If she doesn't agree, trust me there are women that will so don't deceive her just to keep her!

Why does the size of a woman's ASS matter when it comes to sex?

Okay so we know that some black women have put big voluptuous asses on the map.

You must give credit where credit is due butt for some reason ever since JLo and Kim Kardashian hit the scene it seems like ASS has taken on a whole new meaning.

In my experience and the conversations I've had with all types of men, it seems as if black men for the most part have always been into big asses but lately I've noticed that it's not just black men. I've heard white men also saying they like a nice round rump! (Before someone says there she goes categorizing us, CALM DOWN, I'm only speaking stereotypically and from my experience - GEEZ!)

So a question arose yesterday, what is this phenomenon with BIG ASSES?

Why does the size of an ass move men in different ways?

Is it because it depends on the sizeof a man's penis?

Can he not handle an ass quite so big if his penis is small?

Is it that some men just like a big ass and some prefer a small ass?

If you can work it, you should be able to work it no matter what size ass you have. So back

to my original question, why does the size of a woman's ASS matter when it comes to sex?

I'm hoping the guys will comment and give us some insight as to what they really think when

it comes to a woman's derrière.

Women are sexual creatures just as much as men and I know the ladies are listening so

A SALUTE TO ALL MEN THAT LOVE THEM SOME KITTY PRRRRRR....

So this morning I was conversing with my good friend Broadway Keith about the lengths
men will go to for some kitty. And it got me thinking of all the crazy stories of what has
happened to guys from just taking a glimpse of a woman's titties, to her ass, to her legs,
and so on up!

I remember a time when I pulled up to a red light. The guy in the car on the right was looking so hard that when the light turned green, I started driving and he pressed on the gas pedal but
was still looking at me, the car in front of him suddenly stopped and he ran into the back of it. LOL! MEN! SMH!

Then another time I was walking down a very busy street with my best friend going to grab some lunch.

A guy that was passing us going the other direction was staring so hard that he walked right into one of those huge metal trash cans and knocked it over.

It made this loud crashing sound, the lid popped off of it and all the trash fell out. LOL how embarrassing! I felt so bad for the guy because EVERYONE was looking at him wondering what the hell happened. How do you walk into a trashcan and knock it completely over. The poor guy had a horrific look on his face. I'm sure that's a moment he will NEVER EVA EVA EVA EVA forget about! lol!

I could sit here for hours with more stories but it would take up my whole day. It just got me thinking
how funny men are and they definitely deserve a SALUTE like my boy Broadway Keith said just for
the embarrassment they face everyday from checking us ladies out!

So ladies, what are some of the lengths guys have gone to just to check you out? How far did some of them go just to get your name? Or Fellas, what are some of the lengths you'll go to just for some kitty?

Should u send naked pics on your cell phone?

Hey friends,

I was watching the news this morning and they were talking about how people can steal your
information from you simply trading in your cell phone! And with the economy in the crisis
that it's in, the more people are willing to commit fraud including stealing your identity!

There are several precautions you should take before trading in your cell not just for your sake
but to protect others because you may have stored all of their contact info:

Contacts
Phone logs
Appointments
Tasks
Voice notes and recordings
SMS messages
Pictures
Videos
Application data
Email
Email attachments
Banking information

Yes just like your PC these are all things that you may have accessed on your phone.
You should also consider if it's even a good idea to access these things from your phone
in the event that you lose it. I've lost my cell phone before and it's a horrible
feeling but I never thought about the information that people could get from it.

About a year ago, my Blackberry just completely died on me out of no where. There were
no warning signs, just one day it went kaput on me and I didn't take the sim card out and
I was not able to delete any of the info because you couldn't even turn the phone on.
When I say it died, it literally died. I wish I had known this information beforehand because I sure would have taken my sim card out of it.

I just pray that wherever they sent my broken down Blackberry to that there wasn't any information on it that anyone would be of interest in. As a society we have become so dependent on electronics.

What did we do before computers and cell phones?

So this is my Public Service Announcement to everyone!! Before you send that naked
pic of your penis or ta ta's you may want to rethink it unless you want to take the chance
that it may end up splattered all over the internet somewhere (lol but then again, some of
you may actually wish that would happen - ummm not everyone can do what Kim Kardashian
did so be real lol)!

If you were only able to delete the records from your cell phone, you may want to take another precaution. Keep in mind the more barriers you put up, the better the security. The other step is to add back bogus records to the phone and delete them. You could create bogus entries in Excel with autofill and then import these to your contact software program such as Outlook. Hopefully, your phone has an easy way to import records. This way your old data has been overwritten and the new owner doesn't have to remove the bad entries.
And if you’re using a GSM phone, please remember to remove the SIM card from your present phone.

Should you keep friends around that are no good?

The friends that you keep play a major part in your life, more than you might think.
Everything that you watch, read, listen to, or even eat plays a huge part in your life.
If you hang out with models, you automatically want to look better, if you hang out
with physically fit people, you automatically want to become more fit, if you hang out
with religious people, you automatically watch what you say, so on and so forth.

So with that being said, why do people keep friends that are no good? Friends that have
no ambition, no drive, lazy, no goals, gossipers, night crawlers, wanna bees, etc. Do you
think it's because they want to genuinely help them or is it because hanging out with low
lives makes them feel better?

Well before you answer that question, you first have to determine if the friends you keep
aren't any good. I went over my list of how you can tell your friends are NOT your REAL
friends to help you out. Then I also went over why you should keep so-called friends even if they
aren't SHIT. Now don't get me wrong, there are some people that do things that don't deserve
a good friend, but for the most part, we're all human, a lot of us weren't raised right and will
make several mistakes. You just have to know how to put people in categories and handle them accordingly instead of cutting them completely off.

It's crazy because some people will forgive a cheating mate but when their friend messes up

Do u treat ur current differently than ur ex when it comes to sex?

WHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEW!

I had to take a LONG DEEP BREATH after last night's show! WOWEEEE we went in!!!
It was sooo crazy I sounded off before the damn SOUND OFF! LOL!

We had DocLady in the building and the newest addition to the NBTT Team Mr. Bedside Manners!
This show may go down in history as one of the most enlightening, opinionated, educational, and FUNNY shows in NBTT history! It was rated 5 stars!

The first 30 minutes of the show we discussed the most recent footage of Morgan Freeman talking
about "To hell with black history month":

and I WENT OFF!!! I get so tired of people boxing each other in and defining them as to what color
they are. Morgan Freeman makes a great point and Doc Lady, a black female doctor gave her perspective of the video.

Then we answered the question I got in my inbox "Anh, why do you talk about sex so much on your
show?" You would be surprised as to what the answer is!

We also discussed WHEN IT COMES TO SEX, WHY DO SOME PEOPLE TREAT THEIR PAST THE SAME AS THEY DO THEIR PRESENT? Aren't we all different? Don't we all like different things?

And why is it when a woman reaches an ORGASM and consistently, the orgasm now equates to marriage? She now starts to see this man as marriage material. He doesn't know how to do shit else! He doesn't clean, cook, change the oil, take the trash out, doesn't check on you, and won't even change your damn tire, BUT after he makes you get that BIG O, now all the sudden you want a family with him? LOL!

Thanks to Ike Dirty, he drew a floor plan and explained the different levels of a woman's orgasm
that broke it all the way down! The chart says it all!!!

Hanging out w/ SINGLE ppl while in a relationship? Good or bad?

Damn "Nothing But The TRUTH" was on FIRE last night! The crew Bryan Johnson, GeezyBeau
and I discussed:

When you get into a relationship, should you stop hanging out with your single friends?
Is it conducive to a relationship?
Couples that only hang with other couples
Have your single friends stopped reaching out to you because you're in a relationship?

Oh yeah we went in last night on the good, bad, and the ugly! It's funny because most people assume

that once you're in a relationship you change, but often times, your single friends change too. They

assume that since you're coupled up now, that you can't hang. But if they were your REAL friends,

wouldn't they understand that your schedule may be a bit different now but still find ways

to hang out with you? And vice/versa?

And what about couples that only hang out with other couples? GeezyBeau our Producer really had some enlightening things to say on why hanging out with only couples can sometimes be more of a

detriment than good. Often other couples fight and if they do while out with you, it can ruin your

whole night, so if you're one of those couples that feels like you should only hang out with other

couples, we gave some perspectives you may want to think about before you discount your single

friends.

If the woman is the breadwinner should she be the HEAD of the household?

On Nothing But The TRUTH last night, the crew Bryan Johnson, MochaLatte, GeezyBeau, Teddyindaback and I went in on this topic!

With the economy being a complete mess, people losing jobs left and right, there have been an
increasing number of households where the woman is surpassing her man in income or is the
ONLY income earner between the two. While we all like to think that men are okay with their
woman being the breadwinner, the truth of the matter is, money makes people do strange things.

Mainly for some men it can be hard knowing that their woman is making more because men have
been taught from the beginning of time that they need to bring home the bacon. And the guy that
brings home the biggest fish is the guy that most women want. So if his woman is making more
financially than him, this can be a tough pill to swallow. Understandably so! Often times men
equate their manhood with how much money they have. It can often times become a power
struggle or a competition between couples when this happens.

And then you have that element of women that don't make it any easier on him by holding it
over his head who the money maker is. You have those bitches that like to rub it in a man's face
and remind him that she's in control because she's the breadwinner. Women like this mess it up
for other women because what happens is when this man leaves this relationship and gets into
another one, he will constantly feel like he has something to prove and a lot of the relationship
will be about MONEY instead of LOVE!

And it doesn't help when you have outsiders making disparaging comments like: "He's lazy,
he's taking advantage of you, he'll never amount to much, or he's a gold digger."

The goal is to get to a point where money is not so much about power, it's about bringing better
welfare to both parties. Check out the show to see what we had to say - this show was extremely

Should u ALWAYS FORGIVE?

The Power of Forgiveness was discussed last night on Nothing BUT the TRUTH!

Has someone hurt you? Did your mate cheat on you? Did someone do something to
your child? Did your friend back stab you? How long are you going to allow yourself
to be consumed in a situation that is not happening anymore? How many hours have
you spent thinking about it, not getting sleep, tossing and turning, and it's gotten to the
point that it's affecting your everyday life. You're having a hard time focusing on work
or even enjoying a night out with friends because you are so consumed in WHY someone
would HURT you! WHY ME WHY ME is what goes through your head!

Trust me, we've all been there. At some point in your life, someone is going to let you down.
Someone is going to disappoint you. Sometimes it's done purposely, but a lot of times it's
nothing personal, they just may not have thought about a situation the way YOU THINK
they should have. Unfortunately, we can't control what people do. Sometimes we bring
it on ourselves by having EXPECTATIONS that are UNREASONABLE! A lot of times
we set ourselves up for failure by not accepting people the way they are, instead we expect

them to be the way WE think they SHOULD be! WRONG ANSWER!!!!!!!!!!!

If you have a grievance towards someone which most of us usually do, YOU MUST WATCH
this show!!!! I broke down the steps to take towards FORGIVING someone. It's not as easy
as it sounds. You might think you have forgiven someone because you chose to IGNORE the
situation, but you've done anything but that. You have only suppressed a feeling that's either
going to come back when in another relationship or situation and you'll end up taking it out
on someone that doesn't truly deserve it. If you haven't HEALED from the hurt and you just
try to skirt around it, the next person you get involved with is in a NO WIN situation because
you're unconsciously making them pay for the last person's mistakes!

If you want to live a life of feeling free of bitterness, resentment, and anger then I strongly

BORED WITH UR WOMAN IN THE BEDROOM? IT MIGHT BE UR FAULT...

If you're bored with your woman in the bedroom, chances are she's bored with you too! How you treat your woman outside the bedroom is what you'll get when in the bedroom! So if you're doing the same old boring a$$ day in and day out shit, don't be shocked if she's yawning when you try to slap her upside
the head with your sausage!

Men, you guys are the leaders, the hunters. When you were trying to get her kitty, you were probably
thinking outside of the box on how to win her over so she will let you hit it! But what happens is, once
you HAVE her, all the wining and dining, desire, and chasing comes to a halt. Or it has TREMENDOUSLY slowed down.

Do men really know how far their woman will go for them if she feels like he's really got her back?

Simple things like making sure her car is running right, going and getting her oil changed for her,
calling her throughout the day just to check on her well being, sending her flowers every so often
just to let her know she's on your mind, if you stop by the mall, pick up some sexy lingerie for her,
bring her lunch, surprise her with a home cooked meal when she gets home from work, have her
favorite music playing, if you have kids, pick the kids up from school, help them with their homework,
make sure they're fed by the time she gets home so she can relax, I MEAN DAMN, JUST THINK
OUTSIDE OF THE BOX SO YOU CAN GET IN THAT BOX!

If men really understood how the smallest things can make the biggest difference, they would be surprised how that alone can bring out the INNER FREAK IN HER! I know this works both ways, BUT the reason I'm directing this towards the MEN is because you guys are the leaders! You want us
to take your LEAD, right? Well show us what you're made of!

There's nothing more that turns a woman on than when she feels DESIRED! She might do just about anything for you but you have to know how to bring it out of her and by doing simple small things to make her life easier, she will return the favor in the bedroom! If she doesn't, than you need to fire that chick because she's not worthy of you!

And there's nothing more that will TURN A WOMAN OFF then a man who doesn't pay attention to the small details in her life. Trust me, she will eventually get tired of it and move on, and you know what they say when a woman's fed up - THERE'S NO TURNING BACK! So fellas, if you have a woman
that you feel is worth hanging on to - I STRONGLY recommend you take my advice, otherwise you can kiss your sex life with her - GOODBYE!! In the words of Chris Brown - DEUCES!

KEEP YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS OUT OF YOUR BUSINESS!

This may sound harsh but the TRUTH is if you tell your friends and family your personal
relationship business, chances are it's going to back fire on you!!! If you're past the age of
21 years old, you're considered an adult. And going to your mama for every little thing
when things go wrong in your relationship is a BAD MOVE!

It's not because your family and friends don't offer good advice, but they have a vested interest
in you. They are protective of you so if your mate does something to upset you, they will more
than likely be upset too even though there's 2 sides to every story and you might be the crazy
one! Parents are the worst, they will remember everything bad you've told them about your
mate because they're constantly sizing them up anyway and trust me they will FOREVER
remember the bad things you told them. Even if things work itself out, they will ALWAYS
have it in the back of their mind!

So what should you do if you need relationship advice? Ask a mentor, seek counseling,
someone who's happily married, whatever you do, stay away from asking your lonely ass
bitter girlfriends and that includes the married ones!!! And fellas, stop asking for advice to
your boys that run the streets because chances are as soon as your back is turned, he's going
to be trying to dick down your girl! lol! Especially if she's attractive - BAD MOVE!

It's happened to me! I told an ex-best friend about some issues I was having with an ex and
she and my ex ended up sleeping together and

she used the information I gave her to her advantage and it worked! And can you believe he had the audacity to try and get back together with me after that? BZZZZZ WRONG ANSWER! LOL!

Anyway, if that's not a good enough reason why you should keep your trifling ass, thirsty ass,
lonely ass friends or your judgmental family out of your business than I don't know what is!

people that are not happy about being single and absolutely dread this day, there are some things
that you should DO and some things that should NOT DO!

For example, I read a blog where someone suggested go CAMPING by yourself. LOL! YES you
heard me right, they said CAMPING! Now WHY in the heck would someone go camping by
them self on VALENTINE's DAY? I'm not saying anything is wrong with it, but on V-DAY?
Come on now! What brilliant person thought of that??? Now if their ass goes out there and gets
eaten by a damn bear, not only was their Valentine's Day ruined, but now their ass is DEAD and
GONE LMAO!

R u single because u have UNREALISTIC EXPECTATIONS?

There are several reasons why someone is single. Some choose to be single because they're
too busy in their career, some are single because they haven't found the right mate yet, and then
you have some that are single because they have UNREALISTIC EXPECTATIONS!

As you get older, the dating pool of available men and women become less and less. It's almost
like a numbers game. And as you age, some continue to play this game as if they were playing it
when they were in their 20's not realizing that most of their peers have gotten married and moved
on to the next chapter in their life. They think they have all the time in the world and in a way
they do, but the percentage of available single people become less and less.

If you're willing to take that gamble, there's nothing wrong with that, just realize what you're up
against. There is nothing wrong with having expectations, but sometimes your expectations
can be so high that you're only setting YOURSELF up for FAILURE!

I have an acquaintance that's in her mid 40's. Beautiful lady with 2 kids. But her finances are up sh*t creek and the father of her 2 kids barely take care of them. So any man coming into
her life seriously will have an already made family. I'm sure there's a lot of men that would still be willing to date her, but the problem is, she ONLY likes men in their late 20's, built like an athlete, and actually she prefers to only date athletes. When she complained to me that she's single and can't find companionship, in my mind, all I could think is WELL NO WONDER WHY!

You're expectations are UNREALISTIC! I'm sure there might be a 20 something professional athlete
out there that would take her and her ready made family on, BUT, WHERE IS HE? IF he exists,
it might be damn near impossible to find him. You have to take timing into consideration, location, among a laundry list of other things, but at the end of the day, a man like that has access to thousands upon thousands of available women, why would he choose her?

It's possible, but because of her expectations, she has just minimized her dating pool down to about
1% of men that are in the criteria of what she's looking for that will reciprocate her feelings.

BUT let's not get it twisted! There are A LOT of men that have UNREALISTIC EXPECTATIONS
too! There are guy that expect to get a woman that's an 8 or above on a scale (they grade women like
meat), then they expect her to cook, clean, no nagging, let's him do what he wants to do when he
wants to do it, she can't have ugly feet or toes, expects gifts, a freak in the bed, then to top it off she
has to swallow and have a menage' trois with him. UMMMMMM helllllo MCFLY! Is anyone home?
If this woman exists, please tell me where you can find her! If she exists, I might switch from being
a heterosexual woman to a lesbian for all of that LOL!

Should u have a Menage' Trois w/ your man?

Wow so an acquaintance called me told me about a Menage' Trois he had with his girlfriend and his
girlfriend's best friend. He gave me all the details of how it went down. His girlfriend
would let him kiss the other chick & give her oral but she wouldn't let him insert anything.

So of course now he's all rowelled up because it was like teasing a dog with a T-Bone
steak waving it in front of his nose. He told me how he couldn't get her best friend off of
his mind and now wants her more than ever. He also said that he thinks she's better looking
than his own girlfriend. WOW!

I told him that he better be happy with what he got because some women wouldn't even be
willing to do that much. Damn give some people an inch and they take a mile!

Unless you're prepared to deal with the after math of what may happen when you open your
relationship up to these types of sexual acts, I strongly advise against it.

Ladies, if you're not into women just as much as he is, then don't do it just to please him.
You will regret it. Remember, a man can only do what YOU allow him to. I'm all about
pleasing your mate, but not when it compromises your own happiness!

90 Day Review in a Relationship? Hmmm might be a good idea!

Have you ever wondered what your mate would say about you if you were required
to do a review every so often? Do you think they would have good things to say or
do you think you have room for improvement?

You would be surprised how many people don't tell their mate what their issue is or
have tried to but their mate didn't "LISTEN". So what happens is they either turn to
their friends and family to vent or they turn to someone else for the needs they've been
longing for.

Take my friend for example, he's been complaining to his girl for months that they don't have enough sex. It's few and far between compared to when they first started dating. Everytime he says something to her about it, she gets defensive and says things like "Damn is sex all you ever think about?"

So he asked me what he should do. He is actually trying to be a good guy and not cheat but he said "Anh, I love her and I'm trying not to be the guy I used to be but I have needs.Our sex life has

diminished drastically and the less sex we have, the more appealing other women look to me.
I've tried to tell her nicely but I'm not getting anywhere. What should I do?"

When I heard this, I just felt bad for the guy. Here he is trying to do the right thing but
his woman doesn't seem to take his concerns seriously. I know there's 2 sides to every
story but if what he says is accurate and true, I would think she could do a better job of
trying to please him instead of going on the defense.

My advice to him was to keep it real with her. I asked him if he told her what he told
me about desiring other women because of the lack of intimacy in their relationship.
He said NO he had not. He only complained about not getting enough. So I told him
he needs to tell her his longing for her but because she's not giving him what he needs,
other women are starting to look more appealing and he may get pushed to the point
of having sex with someone else.

He said "Anh if I say that she's going to be pissed!" I told him, yes be prepared for that, she may even slap you lol. But you are being HONEST with her. She's not fully understanding the affect this is having on you because you didn't tell her how you "feel", instead she's taking it as a "complaint".
If she's working full time and has kids on top of that, she's already tired and feels like you're just one more person she has to please. BUT if she knew that you were starting to desire other women,
that will get her attention - BECAUSE TRUST ME, NO WOMAN WANTS TO KNOW
THAT HER MAN IS DESIRING ANOTHER WOMAN! (Although we know it's in a
man's nature - we don't want it in our face). But in this instance, I think it's very necessary
he tells her.

Well, to sum this up, he took my advice. He told her and she got pissed. She didn't speak
to him for 2 days. I told him just relax, she'll come around trust me. When the dust settles
and she's not pissed anymore, she'll think about what you said with a clear head and realize
that she needs to piss or get off the pot for lack of a better term.

And sure enough that's exactly what happened. She came to him 2 days later, said she was
angry at first but understands his needs and desires. They had head banging sex and now
2 years later, they are still having the BEST SEX of their life! YAAAAAY!

So with that being said, what do you think of relationships having a review where the
couple sits down and discusses the things that is good, bad, and ugly? Of course constant
communication is necessary but sometimes life gets in the way and people are too busy
to really have productive conversations. Maybe if you know that you have to sit down
with your mate and hear what their critique is of you and vice/versa, you will listen with
more open ears and be able to give them your undivided attention.

This will only work though if you let your defenses down and really try to put your feet
in the shoes of your mate.

Have the roles reversed? R women the ones doing the chasing?

Ladies,

Do you think the roles have reversed? It seems as if in 2011 women are chasing men more than the other way around. Women seem to be more desperate! It's not just something I've noticed, but other men and women as well. When it comes to courting and dating, I guess I'm old fashioned. I believe men are the hunters and women are the caretakers of the household. What do you think?

And the media isn't helping but you can't really blame the media when people put themselves in positions to be exploited. Almost every dating reality show is a bunch of women chasing 1 man instead of the other way around.

The only 2 shows that I can think of where the man is chasing the women is The Bachelorette and
I Love New York. I mean if you're going to be on a dating reality show to further your career I'm not knocking your hustle, but unfortunately this is a poor representation for all women.

Doc Lady was in the building dropping knowledge and her opinion on where society has gone wrong and how she feels about the role reversal!

Then the crew and I went even deeper into self realization and how we can sometimes be our own
worst enemy and not even know it. This show was RATED 5 Stars! A definite must see!

What is the definition of dating in 2011? It has been lost somewhere out in space.
Marriage is at an all time low, Divorce is at an all time high, and single people can't
even get past the 3rd date without already being annoyed by something the other person
did - then you add kids into the mix? OH MAN just a disaster waiting to happen!

1. What would you do if your ex's new mate took your 12-year old daughter to get her hair
permed without discussing it with you?

2. What if your ex's new mate put their hands on your child?

3. Or what if you're dating someone with kids and their ex is still in love with them and they're making it as difficult on you as possible to be around their kid(s)?

Some women are so incredibly stupid and insecure!

So I'm surfing the internet and find this video. Basically Kim K is out hanging out with
her family when some guy comes over and asks to take a picture with her then asks to
have a dance with her. The jackass was at the club with his girlfriend and when she walks
over, she starts going off on Kim.

The chick in this video is the epitome of an insecure woman and stupid for taking it out
on the other woman. First of all if Kim K did approach him and was hitting on him, he
needs to be the one to pull back and shut it down so either way, why do people always
approach the other person as oppose to their mate?

Do women get the respect they deserve in the workplace?

Are women treated like equals in the work place? If you think so, think again....

Did you know that women still get paid considerably less than men for the same
positions? Women leaders are still few and far between. Is this for the better?
Men say so because they believe that women make decisions based on emotions, while this
is true - DON'T MEN DO THE SAME THING? Wasn't it a man that took us to war?
Wasn't it a man that put our country in the worst deficit in history? It wasn't because
he was thinking with a clear head - it certainly had to have some emotions involved.

Why some men are on the DL

Last night on Nothing But The Truth, we discussed with DocLady why men go on the DL.

A lot of men don't even realize they are gay. They believe they're not because they don't
hold hands with a man in public. They only have sexual encounters with men so in their
mind they don't believe they are a homosexual. But sorry to break it to you guys, if you
have any kind of sexual feelings towards another man, in my opinion, that's gay too.

My co-host Bryan Johnson broke it down even further, there's more than one way you
can be gay. Just because you're not out in the open with it does not mean you're not a
homosexual. Furthermore, if you prefer any kind of penetration in your booty hole or
you prefer to do the penetrating and that's the only way you can reach an orgasm, you
need to go on and admit to yourself that you are a homosexual. That's like getting your
STD test back and you tested positive for all of the above, you got diseases in your damn
hair, ears, and left eyeball LOL, but you want them to test you again - COME ON NOW????
Stop fooling yourself! GEEZ NBTT!

I have no problems with homosexuals at all! What I do have a problem with are people
that are in denial about it and live a secret life. Now it's okay to live a secret life but not
if it's at the cost of being a detriment to someone else because you're lying about it.

It's really scary to think that there's men out here in this world that actually think they're
not a homosexual but they get plugged in the ass - I mean really? If this isn't denial, than
I don't know what is.

Women not ready to settle down

Yes believe it or not fellas, you guys are not the only ones that are not always ready to settle
down! Women go through phases as well where we are busy with our careers or it could be
that you are just not the one. Men have categorize women into different statuses such as
wifey, jump off, mistress, sugar mama, hoe, or whatever other clever names you guys
come up with to call us. BUT don't think for 2 seconds you don't get categorized as well!

If a woman is at a place in her life where she's not ready to settle down, she could date multiple
men and place you in a category! Everything from Maintenance Man, Sugar Daddy, Pimp, Lover,
etc.! If you do qualify as husband material you must wow her and she must feel the chemistry
otherwise you might just be her JUMP OFF! Remember women have d*cks coming at them from
every direction 24 hours a day 8 days a week LOL so while you think that all women are looking
to settle down - think again.

If the woman you are dating is not taking you seriously, this could be one of the reason's why.
She could just not be ready, or you may not have wowed her enough to consider you as something
serious, or both. If you're dealing with a mature woman, you should ask her straight up and hopefully she'll give you an honest answer!

The bottomline is no matter where a woman is at in her life, just like you, if she doesn't feel that
chemistry, you will forever be nothing more than a jump off to her and if you're looking to settle down, it's probably time to move on.

Have men forgotten what it takes to keep a woman?

This morning I was conversing with a girlfriend of mine on Facebook. She was telling me about her
male friend that she's had for over 30 years now and what a good friend he is to her, always Johnny on the spot whenever she needs anything.

I asked her, why don't you marry this guy? Her response was "He's still screwed up over his divorce from his ex-wife and not to mention, I don't know if he'd make good husband material anyway. He'll always make a great friend but a husband is a whole other story. A lot of men these days don't know how to keep a woman. They have forgotten that we like the little things i.e. flowers, boxes of chocolate, a nice card, etc"

It got me thinking, has this been a problem for me? And hands down until I met my boyfriend now, I must say that I agree with her. The new generation of men don't know how to court a woman, instead it's all about when am I gonna get to tap dat ass? LOL !!!

I get so tired of men blaming women for why they're not chivalrous anymore. I mean just because a man chose to deal with some chicken heads that don't understand the value in chivalry doesn't mean you should take it out on our entire gender - GEEZ!

Little do men know that if they put forth a little extra effort, they can actually keep a quality woman around! Now if a chicken head is what he wants, then of course putting in a little extra work won't be required because she's not worth more than that, however, if a man wants a quality woman, he knows how to get her, but do men nowadays know what it takes to keep her?

First of all can someone please tell me who Karissa Shannon and Sam Jones is? lol!

There's all these rumors swirling around the internet that this chick and her "handsome"
(saying that facetiously) boyfriend have a sex tape. Is it just me or has anyone even heard of them? Apparently Vivid offered her 6 figures to release the tape but from the looks of their picture, I'm
just wondering if I'm the only one that could care less about seeing their sex tape:

The tabloids are calling him handsome but he looks kinda corny if you ask me. From
the looks of this picture, I don't think I want to see any dick slaying from him LOL.

This topic came up because I was reading an article where they said "Kim K, you better

the chick looked like, I was disappointed to see that she doesn't have shit on Kim K...

I don't know that's just my humble opinion! I would take exotic over overly

Is Bishop Eddie Long GUILTY for Coercing Sex from MEN????

So I've been looked down on by some people because they feel I don't go to
church enough. Some feel they're better than others because they sit their
hypocritical asses in church every Sunday and tithe and feel they have a right
to judge others that don't.

While I have no problem with those that attend church, nor do I have issues with
those that don't. It's none of my business nor any of my concern. And although I
do go occassionally, one of the many reasons I don't go every Sunday is because
I believe it's another form of brain washing people. I have my own relationship with
God which is nobody's business but mine and God's.

However, I'll be damned if I attend a church where it's being lead by a bunch of
crooks and hypocrites. I have no idea if Bishop Eddie Long is guilty and I'm not
saying he is.................BUT if he is, how in the heck are you going to lead a march
against Gay Marriage? A huge sign that a man is an undercover gay is if he is strongly
against Gays or CONSTANTLY GAY BASHING!

My opinion is if you are truly a straight man, why do you care what gay people do? Unless
you're trying to cover up something within yourself.....
